Job Summary

The incumbent will drive revenue growth by generating high net worth individual and institutional investor leads in Pakistan for real estate investments in KSA. They will collaborate with marketing to identify and nurture potential clients, advising them on immigration and visa-related processes to ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead farming: Identify and qualify high net worth individuals in Pakistan as potential investors in the KSA real estate market.
  • Foster partnerships: Develop relationships with investment institutions, banks, and agencies to maintain a steady stream of potential buyers.
  • Event participation: Attend and conduct events in Pakistan where investors seek opportunities, coordinating with headquarters in KSA to present available real estate assets.
  • Investment advisory: Provide end-to-end guidance on real estate investments in KSA for clients in Pakistan, ensuring a seamless experience and offering consultation on exit strategies if needed.
  • Special projects: Collaborate on assigned projects related to commercial, regulatory, and financial aspects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of sales or partnership management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets as a commercial sales executive.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues and real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented with creative and analytical skills.
