Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for timely and accurate management reporting.
  • Collaborate with the finance leadership team to drive commercial success and meet key performance indicators.
  • Manage fixed assets, including leased assets under IFRS16, to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise to support complex financial issues and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Drive quarterly audit committee and board meeting deliverables while ensuring timely reviews by senior leaders.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate timely and accurate reporting, address audit findings, and recommend improvements to the reporting framework.
  • Lead monthly governance forum discussions, including agenda setting, action item tracking, and leading open dialogue.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, and assurance across Big-4 firms and multinational companies.
  • ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong command of Pakistan's financial reporting standards.
  • Proven competence and critical thinking in business planning and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, BPC, and planning/reporting systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and senior-level colleagues.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvement, and manage ambiguity through proactive problem-solving.
