Job Title:

Finance and Accounting Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounts professional to lead our finance and accounting functions. This executive will play a pivotal role in financial planning, risk management, compliance, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability; Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning; Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team.
  • Financial Operations and Reporting: Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS); Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations; Ensure robust financial controls and internal audit readiness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements; Lead annual statutory audits and collaborate with auditors; Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Investor and Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders; Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling and projections.
  • Team and Systems Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team; Implement financial systems, ERP, and automation for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
  • CA Finalist/ACCA/ICMA or MBA-Finance
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Experience in fintech, telecom, or Ed-Tech is preferred
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic advisory
