Job Description:

The position involves managing key client relationships, ensuring long-term retention, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. It requires acquiring a thorough understanding of client needs and expanding relationships by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

  • Establishing trust-based relationships with major clients to prevent competition and ensure retention.
  • Understanding client needs and expanding relationships through tailored solutions.
  • Maintaining and growing current business in the assigned territory to meet or exceed objectives.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements following established guidelines.
  • Achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Training clients and their associates on product lines and marketing programs.
  • Managing bids and participating in sales promotion activities.
  • Utilizing relationship selling techniques to help clients grow their business with our solutions.
  • Resolving product issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with Accounts Receivable on credit matters.
  • Participating in opportunity mapping sessions with vendors.
  • Engaging in vendor/product selection meetings for potential opportunities.
  • Updating sales CRM records regularly.
Responsibilities:

In addition to the above, routine tasks include preparation of weekly reports and quarterly reviews, maintaining data recording systems, and communicating with management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Profound industry knowledge, motivated, highly organized.
  • Skills: Familiarity with our solutions, proficiency in MS Office, strong account management and relationship skills.
  • Abilities: Reliable, responsible, goal-oriented, able to manage decision-makers, and present business cases effectively.

Education, Experience, and Licensure:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, preferably in System Integration or IT sales.
Competencies:

Proven sales experience, team player, sales certifications, task-focused on targets.
