Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. This role plays a critical part in expanding our client base and increasing brand presence in international markets.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-potential prospects who can benefit from outsourcing their workforce. This involves researching and understanding prospect's outsourcing needs, pain points, and business goals.


The Client Acquisition Specialist will develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels. They will also collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to hand off qualified leads for conversion.


This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage C-level executives and work independently to meet targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in key global markets who can benefit from offshoring and outsourcing services.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels.
  • Understanding prospect's outsourcing needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Closely collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to hand off qualified leads for conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B and outsourcing/offshoring sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
  • Global market exposure or experience working with international clients is a plus.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
