Job Title: Destination Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Destination Experience Manager. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of domestic tours, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of domestic destinations, including their attractions, amenities, and cultural nuances.
  2. Build and manage relationships with suppliers, hotels, and transportation providers to secure competitive rates and services.
  3. Craft personalized itineraries that meet the diverse needs and preferences of our clients.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of tour logistics, including booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and managing travel documents.
  6. Conduct site visits to evaluate the quality of services and products provided by suppliers.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tour details, and supplier information using digital tools.
  8. Analyze feedback from clients and use insights to improve our services and offerings.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain our high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods, if required.
