Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Guide located in Islamabad. The Tour Guide will conduct guided tours, provide informative commentary, ensure a positive customer experience, and share relevant historical information. The role also involves supporting sales activities by promoting additional services and facilitating customer transactions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of guided tours and history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience and ability to promote services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
