D365 Finance and Supply Chain Training Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a D365 Finance and Supply Chain Training Consultant.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training content to support the implementation of D365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts and process owners to design and develop role-based training curricula, task guides, and other documentation.

You will also be expected to collaborate with instructors to deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful knowledge transfer.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can bring their expertise in learning and development to this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating top-notch course content, with a strong focus on instructional design and delivery.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and be able to apply them to create engaging and effective training programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience creating learning materials supporting major ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in developing and editing Task Guides and Recordings in Microsoft D365.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and finalize training strategies and plans.
  • Create role-based, instructor-led curricula for D365 end users.
  • Analyze training needs and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Develop and edit D365 task guides, recordings, course presentations, outlines, quick reference guides, and other documentation.
