Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, and providing general assistance to staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including restrooms, kitchen, and common areas;
  • Managing waste disposal and ensuring the office environment is hygienic;
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replenishing office supplies;
  • Delivering documents, parcels, and messages within and outside the office;
  • Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as required;
  • Setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and ensuring equipment is ready for use;
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory, replenishing stationery and pantry items as needed;
  • Providing assistance to staff and visitors as needed, serving beverages and refreshments, and running errands as assigned by management;
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries; and
  • Preparing outgoing mail for dispatch.

Required qualifications include:

  • A matriculation or O-Level qualification or higher;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
  • Fresh - 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • No preference for shift, flexible working hours;
