Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled IR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong labour relations skills and the ability to work with management to develop strategies for recruitment, remuneration, learning development, health and safety, performance, and conduct.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate employee complaints and review employment relations legislation on behalf of the company.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MBA/MPA along with LLB,
- Minimum 5 years experience of handling IR issues in a reputable organisation preferably in the FMCG sector,
