Job Title: Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our training team in delivering high-quality programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare engaging and informative training materials, including presentation slides, manuals, and other teaching resources.
- Coordinate details of training courses, ensuring that all logistical aspects are carefully planned and executed, including venue selection, scheduling, and equipment preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student rosters, process registration and attendance records, and ensure that students arrive on time for training sessions.
- Provide prompt and effective support to trainers during training activities, including helping to prepare presentation materials, distributing materials, and managing interactive sessions.
- Assist with other daily operations of the training department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, training management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in training or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, good communication skills, ability to interact effectively with trainers and students.
- Careful and detail-oriented, able to ensure smooth running of training activities; team player, able to support the team when needed; flexible and able to handle unexpected issues that arise during training.
