Hiring Video Content Quality Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our deliverables. We are seeking a highly skilled Video Content Quality Manager to oversee the production and delivery of high-quality video content.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional analytical skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control and assurance tasks, conducting quality management and auditing of deliverables, creating quality reports, tracking quality complaints, and implementing improvements in operational processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all video content to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of video production.
  • Quality Auditing: Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Quality Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner.
