Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to design and execute HR management strategies that drive business growth.

You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and systems. This includes defining corporate HR strategies, competency mapping, appraisals, and succession planning.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and analyzing reports and presentations, promoting employee training and development activities. You will also be responsible for motivating and encouraging employees to perform at their best.

This includes managing and monitoring employees on performance improvement plans, collating and maintaining employee suggestions and queries, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a senior HR role, a minimum MBA degree, and expertise in recruitment, screening, development, and implementation of HR policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is also required.
