Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist

This role involves driving business growth and success through effective human resources strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in developing job descriptions, conducting job analysis and evaluations, and maintaining HR databases and filing systems.

Responsibilities include timely and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance appraisal processes.

Additionally, this person will develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, and collaborate with senior management to update the HR policy manual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job evaluation plans, and HR databases.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
