Job Title: Supply Chain Management Professional

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the organization's supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations. This dynamic professional will be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Optimization: Assist in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to minimize costs and maximize value.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize warehouse space and stock rotation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery, prepare shipping documentation, and track the movement of goods.
  • Vendor Relations: Foster strong relationships with vendors, assist in evaluating vendor performance, and support efforts to resolve supply-related issues.
  • Supply Chain Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest innovative improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
