We are seeking an individual to support HR operations and ensure the seamless execution of daily HR activities.

This role will focus on maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing employment letters and other HR-related correspondence, managing attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating employee benefits, and responding to employee queries related to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities
  • Preparing employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related correspondence
  • Managing attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinating employee benefits including medical claims and reimbursements
  • Responding to employee queries related to policies and procedures
  • Assisting in compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Organizing and managing employee engagement activities
  • Providing administrative support for HR audits and reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in HR operations or an internship in a similar capacity
  • Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
