UAPP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the higher education sector.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring an individual with a strong understanding of international student recruitment and a proven track record in sales and business development within the education industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing and growing sales teams in the HEI (Higher Education Institutions) sector and be able to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with UAPP's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with UAPP's business goals.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Expand UAPP's network by engaging with higher education institutions, schools, and key stakeholders in the education sector.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and improve sales performance.
  • KPI Monitoring: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office targets to ensure business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, students, and partners to foster long-term business success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Regional Director (Pakistan) and the Sales & Marketing Director (London).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and growing sales teams in the HEI (Higher Education Institutions) sector.
  • Strong understanding of international student recruitment and higher education processes.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A network with local schools, universities, and education stakeholders is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
