We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team at an e-commerce agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content ideas that resonate with our target audience across various platforms and drive business growth.
  • Plan and publish high-quality content on a regular schedule to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage online interactions by moderating comments, responding to messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to provide necessary support and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee bulk data management, data searching and sorting, email handling, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and provide support as needed to address any additional requirements or challenges that may arise during the project duration.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) for effective communication and documentation.
