  8. Handle correspondence, including emails, faxes, and postal mail, responding promptly to queries.
  9. Support projects by conducting research and writing reports, offering valuable insights.
  10. Maintain office systems, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  11. Represent the executive in their absence, upholding their standards and reputation.
