About the Role

This position involves managing the financial, administrative, and logistical aspects of the District office. The Finance and Admin Officer will produce regular reports, provide technical support, and maintain records in compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Produce monthly financial, administrative, and logistics reports for the District office.
  2. Support District team members by providing technical assistance and creating a conducive work environment.
  3. Coordinate with the Head office on program/project-related activities.
  4. Maintain accurate financial, administrative, and logistics records.
  5. Coordinate the District audit process and ensure preparedness for financial audits.
Essential Skills
  • Strong writing, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
