About the Role

This Business Development Sales Consultant position is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales and business development skills in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    1. Identify and Acquire New Business Opportunities through Proactive Research and Outreach.
    2. Develop and Implement Data-Driven Sales Strategies to Generate Leads and Drive Revenue Growth.
    3. Build and Nurture Relationships with Potential Clients, Understanding Their Needs and Delivering Tailored Solutions.
    4. Analyze Market Trends to Identify Opportunities for Growth and Expansion.
  2. Sales Strategy:
    1. Collaborate with the Team to Define and Execute Sales Objectives, Ensuring Alignment with Business Goals.
    2. Meet or Exceed Sales Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Demonstrating Consistency and Reliability.
  3. Marketing and Social Media:
    1. Create Engaging Marketing Materials for Social Media Platforms, Enhancing Brand Visibility and Reach.
    2. Develop and Execute Social Media Campaigns to Drive Engagement and conversions.
    3. Work with the Design and Content Teams to Maintain Brand Consistency across All Channels.
  4. Preferred Skills:
    1. Utilize SEO Techniques to Optimize Content and Campaigns for Better Search Engine Rankings.
    2. Effectively Manage Client Accounts, Ensuring Long-term Satisfaction and Retention through Exceptional Service.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience in Business Development and Sales within a Dynamic Environment.
  2. Strong Expertise in Freelancing Platforms and Digital Marketing Tools.
  3. Demonstrated Success in Cold Calling, Emailing, and Lead Generation through Strategic Planning and Execution.
  4. Experience in Creating and Managing Social Media Content and Marketing Materials that Drive Results.
  5. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills, with Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment.
  6. Familiarity with SEO Best Practices and Account Management is Highly Valued.
  7. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team to Meet Deadlines and Achieve Objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Related Field, with Strong Academic Record.
  2. Experience in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools, with Ability to Leverage Technology to Drive Results.
  3. Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Analytics Platforms, with Ability to Analyze Data and Make Informed Decisions.
