**Lead Generation Specialist Role Summary:**
We are seeking a results-driven, sharp, quick learner, and experienced professional to fill the position of Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably within the Software Service industry.
**Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Networking: Establish and maintain a robust network on LinkedIn, engaging with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect Research and Lead Generation: Conduct research, analysis, and build a database of B2B prospects and leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and opportunities through market research.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the Business Development Head to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
- Record Keeping and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system, utilizing HubSpot CRM proficiently.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, ideally in the IT Services industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation, with LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills being a strong advantage.
- Extensive experience in data extraction and generating quality leads via LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative and creative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team.
