Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Client Service Director to oversee the delivery of our data center and telecom services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-priority clients, driving continuous improvement, and fostering strategic relationships.

About the Role

  • Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary advocate within our organization.
  • SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT Management: Monitor, report on, and manage performance against all service level agreements, leading root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for any service interruptions.
  • Incident & Problem Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for major incidents, ensuring effective communication and swift resolution.
  • Service Reviews: Conduct regular operational and strategic service review meetings with clients, presenting performance metrics, project updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new services and changes for existing clients.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
  • Commercial Growth: Support the sales team in identifying growth opportunities and managing contract renewals.
  • Documentation: Ensure all client documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Client Service Director, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructures and telecom services.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience managing service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority clients and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation v3/v4 certification.
  • Experience with CRM and service management tools.
  • PMP or other project management certification.
