Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resource Operations: Manage HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee training, performance management, and exit formalities.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in human resource management, specifically within the education or non-profit sectors.
  • Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Deep passion for working in inclusive and supportive learning environments.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and knowledge of educational and special needs compliance.
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies enhancing institutional impact and employee satisfaction.
