Senior Business Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the administrative efforts, partnering closely with management and operation teams to identify gaps and mobilize efforts. This role requires a capable and driven individual to learn execution and make things happen.
- Lead identification, coordination, and rectification of facility related issues.
- Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
- Understand the tax system around our business.
- Build new processes and challenge daily accounting and operational processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs.
- Manage trade related matters; Weboc handling & liaising with logistics partners.
- Address routine activities for day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Lead the administration team in managing accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of our tax obligations and ensure compliance.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Produce comprehensive financial reports for management.
- Liaise with logistics partners to manage trade-related matters.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and address any routine issues that may arise.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, think critically, and demonstrate high levels of humility and curiosity.
