Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Bridge management and employee relationships by addressing needs and grievances.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee directories and organization charts.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that engage and motivate employees.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and drive high performance.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications.
