Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding programs.

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing training and development activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with familiarity of HRIS and recruitment tools. They will also have basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Employee Records and HR Databases

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Onboarding and Orientation Programs

- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Training and Development Activities

- Assist in organizing training and development activities.

Requirements:Key Skills and Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment tools.

- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
