Job Description

Candidates must have at least 2 year's hands on experience of EBAY, Amazon and Marketplace etc. in driving online business forward by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales channels.

As an eCommerce Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences through strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time permanent position with working hours from Mon to Fri 2 pm to 10 pm.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key eCommerce accounts including Ebay, Amazon, Shopify and Marketplace for optimal product visibility, content quality, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling product listings, visuals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze eCommerce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces, third-party sellers, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have at least 2 year's hands on experience of EBAY, Amazon and Marketplace etc.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing eCommerce landscapes and market trends.
