Job Role Overview

The Civil Project Manager oversees the execution and monitoring of all civil work-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to plant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise civil works at the plant, including modification and repairing tasks, and assign jobs to workers based on priority.
  • Plan and manage routine maintenance activities and resolve civil-related matters and issues.
  • Monitor and check civil-related projects with contractors.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and cost estimates for civil projects.
  • Design sketches and BOQs for civil projects.
  • Visit work sites to monitor quality, progress, and operations.
  • Create notifications for abnormalities and refurbishment orders.
  • Maintain technical details and create maintenance orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with AutoCAD software.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
