About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our Sales team based in Lahore. This role requires excellent communication skills, good business acumen, and a sound understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealing with real estate agencies in the area/region
  2. Handling accounts of onboarded real estate agencies at Zameen.com
  3. Conducting periodic client visits, providing demonstrations, and closing deals
  4. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  5. Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service
  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite
  7. Meeting potential clients, conducting client profiling, and pitching appropriate products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, Active-Listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
