Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Team Lead in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers, overseeing project management tasks, and providing troubleshooting support. The role involves guiding the software development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions, and collaborating closely with other teams to meet project goals.

Backend:

  • Proficiency in C# and .Net
  • Experience with Asp.Net Core Web API development
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core and LINQ
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience working with message brokers (RabbitMQ)

Frontend:

  • Ability to integrate frontend with backend using Restful APIs
  • Experience in HTML and JavaScript
  • Understanding of basic UI development

Qualification:

  • 8-12 years of experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer with in-depth expertise in .NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
  • Strong command of at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or OCI).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, JSON).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (GitHub workflows, Azure DevOps, OCI DevOps).
  • Understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in YAML configuration.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and programming languages.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks is a plus.
