We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill the role of Business Development Representative in remote locations. This position is crucial for supporting Canadian financial professionals in expanding their client base and enhancing their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Growth: Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.
  2. Industry Research: Conduct thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Brand Expansion: Assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.
  4. Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of clients.
  5. Performance Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Follow-up Procedures: Implement effective follow-up procedures to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Results Reporting: Regularly track and report on market growth and brand expansion activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in business development, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
