  • We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of our company and play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.
">Responsibilities:">
  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handling product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns.
  • Using Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide fast and accurate service.
  • Staying informed on product updates and service practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
">Requirements:">
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
  • Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
