Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our software development teams in the delivery of high-quality projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing offshore projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Communication: Foster strong communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  3. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and company policies in all aspects of project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing web-based enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing software development teams for offshore projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
