Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee software projects from initiation to delivery. Our ideal candidate has project management skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage software development projects through planning, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for concurrent project execution.
  • Fulfill project requirements according to defined plans, sprints, and tasks using Agile methodologies.
  • Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and track tasks and blockers promptly.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and teams, providing regular feedback and updates.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders for successful project handling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, especially in the software industry.
  • Good knowledge of Agile practices, with practical experience in sprint planning and execution.
  • Experience working with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills to manage team groups.
  • Able to handle multiple project assignments, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Familiarity with concepts and roles of team, technical knowledge, and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
