Job Overview

As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for facilitating project success through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project scope and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and teams to facilitate seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize requests, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, remove obstacles to team progress, and implement process improvements effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards at the end of each sprint by maintaining strict adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Manage team leave calendars for accurate capacity planning and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Scrum Master role and Agile principles.
  • Proven experience in software development or working with software teams.
  • Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement.
  • Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, XP) and proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence).

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching.
  • Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.
