Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing and optimizing CRM systems, with expertise in configuring, customizing, and utilizing Zoho CRM to meet business needs.

They should be proficient in enabling sales and marketing teams using Zoho CRM, executing and maintaining marketing email campaigns, and ensuring compliance with email marketing best practices.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining Cognito Forms for data collection and workflows, integrating Cognito Forms with other systems using Zapier, and ensuring seamless data flow and user-friendly form experiences.

Proficiency in using Zapier to connect various apps, automate processes, trigger actions, and streamline workflows is also essential.

Experience in enabling and maintaining data loading into QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate financial data transfer and reconciliation, and collaborating with accounting and finance teams is desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in complex data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets, are necessary for analyzing, transforming, and validating data for reporting and decision-making.

Conducting rigorous data accuracy testing across applications, identifying discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues, and collaborating with QA teams to ensure reliable data is also required.

Finally, the candidate should be able to perform customer acceptance testing for web and mobile applications, validate functionality, usability, and performance, and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
