Job Title: Senior Investment Advisor

Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive strategic real estate investments and advise clients on the most suitable property solutions?   • We are seeking an experienced investment advisor with a deep understanding of our real estate projects, investment models, and the broader market landscape.
  • The ideal candidate will actively identify and engage prospective investors through cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital platforms.
  • As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will conduct needs assessments and provide personalized investment consultations to clients, emphasizing long-term value and returns.
  • You will create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the goals and financial profiles of potential investors.
  • This is a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business or referrals.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update our CRM system regularly, and generate timely sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and project development teams to stay informed about project updates, launch events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting site visits, property tours, and investment seminars or webinars.
  • Stay updated on economic trends, property laws, taxation policies, and financial instruments relevant to real estate investment in Pakistan and abroad.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial consultancy. Experience in off-plan or luxury real estate is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand and explain financial models and ROI projections.
  • High emotional intelligence and negotiation acumen.
