Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Outreach Specialist to join our team at Codegraphers. As a key member of our B2B lead generation team, you'll be responsible for leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify high-potential prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market research, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Craft tailored proposals, pitches, and outreach messages that align with the company's branding and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize branding efforts and enhance online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn's features, best practices, and trends to continuously improve lead generation activities.
  • Document and share best practices for outreach, follow-ups, and lead management, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

Requirements

  1. 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation or a related role, with a focus on proposals, branding, and connection building.
  2. Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging outreach messages and pitch decks tailored to diverse client needs.
  3. Proven ability to build and manage targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  4. Knowledge of branding principles and content strategies for LinkedIn, as well as proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  5. Strong analytical skills to measure and improve lead generation activities, with a self-motivated and organized approach to managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
