Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of an organization. This includes ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases (attendance, leaves, personnel files) is crucial for this position.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards is essential.
  • Handling employee queries and providing timely support on HR-related matters is critical.
  • Coordinating training and development activities and maintaining training records is another significant task.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a Performance Management System is a key component of this role.
  • Monitoring attendance and leave management systems; generating HR-related reports as needed is a key function.
  • Supporting payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (leaves, attendance, etc.) is important.
  • Assisting in the performance appraisal process and employee evaluations is critical.
  • Organizing employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities is a significant responsibility.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all HR documents and practices is a top priority.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

• Knowledge of HR best practices, Performance Management, labor laws, and HR systems.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is beneficial.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
