This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures. They will manage employee benefits programs, handle personnel management, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Daily tasks include processing employee records, conducting orientations, addressing employee queries, and supporting recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in the corporate or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
