About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager.

This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Develop strong relationships with all accounts in the portfolio.
  • Analyze upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Responsible for MoM Growth of assigned Accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field, good understanding of the retail landscape, and at least 2-3 years' experience in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
  • Function as the main contact person for city-wide Client Accounts.
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on Commercial Metrics, Operational Metrics, Product Mix, Marketing Campaigns etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
  • Good understanding of Pakistan’s retail landscape.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach.
