
Sales Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to drive sales growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing or telesales. They will be proficient in MS Office and Google apps, and have experience using any CRM. Additionally, they will be able to adapt to new tools and software, and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
- Research companies to create strategic communication plans
- Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
- Shadow and partner with sales team members to support their revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to determine customer needs
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous background in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing or telesales
- Proficient in MS Office and Google apps
- Experience in using any CRM
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
