IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining computer networks, and ensuring the security and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer networks and their performance.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot network devices (fiber optics, routers, switches and Wi-Fi devices).
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, update software and hardware, and upgrade network equipment.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of network devices and services.
- Utilize and identify performance gaps for on premises, private and public cloud infrastructures.
- Ensure optimum network bandwidth to ensure that critical applications are responsive.
Security Responsibilities:
- Protect the network from threats such as viruses, malware, and hackers, and implement security policies and procedures.
- Provide end-to-end network security services (VPN services, tunnels, site to site connectivity and redundant network).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide network support for all new and existing stores.
- Manage and troubleshoot network uptime for footfall devices and Dynamics 365.
- Assist network issues, highlight internet connectivity and intimate internet connection's deployment and terminations.
