**Job Title: Lead Consultant - Pre-sales

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant - Pre-sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic initiatives and overseeing the Pre-Sales Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Pre-Sales Consulting team to ensure quality and consistency in pre-sales support.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of technical/solution design for assigned products/services portfolio.
  • Account Development: Develop and implement specific accounts, product(s), service(s), and sales strategies for the team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with vendors, partners, and customers to drive business growth and build strong relationships.
  2. Ensure that solutions provided are aligned with industry best practices and client needs.
  3. Develop and implement specific account plans, product/service strategies, and sales tactics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, including management experience.
