Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full range of tax services, including tax planning, reviewing complex income tax returns, and managing tax provision and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframes.
  • Develop and implement innovative tax planning strategies.
  • Review and analyze complex income tax returns.
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits and maintain accurate tax balances on the general ledger.
  • Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle information data requests.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably with a background in tax management. You will also require strong written and verbal skills, good prioritization, planning, coordination, and time management skills, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with general ledger systems, month-end close, and account reconciliations is also essential.

Other Requirements:
In addition to the above requirements, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and an MBA, ACCA, or CA qualification would be advantageous. Trading Business (Import, Distribution, Retail, Home Appliances) experience is also preferred.
