Technical Proposal Writer
The role of a Technical Proposal Writer involves crafting compelling proposals that showcase the company's capabilities and expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and services.

The job requires drafting and editing technical proposals, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring all proposals are compliant with client requirements.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a centralized library of reusable content, reviewing proposal drafts for clarity and accuracy, and assisting in creating supporting sales documents.

This position offers the opportunity to work on global cybersecurity projects, collaborate with a talented team, and develop skills through learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and edit technical proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and leadership to gather accurate and relevant input for proposal content.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into clear, concise, and persuasive language.
  • Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and submission guidelines.
  • Maintain a centralized library of reusable content including templates, presentations, technical documentation, case studies, and boilerplate text.
  • Review proposal drafts for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
  • Assist in creating supporting sales documents such as service overviews and capability statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical proposal writing, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical content into business-friendly language.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
