This role is responsible for overseeing the entire billing and cash management process within NAKHLAH Educational House For Islamic Grooming.
Key Tasks:- Billing Review: Verify the accuracy and completeness of bills by comparing them with GRNs.
- Discrepancies Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in bills, ensuring prompt action is taken.
- Payment Management: Process bills through the Finance department, facilitating timely vendor payments.
- Data Integrity: Regularly reconcile and validate bills to maintain data accuracy and prevent errors.
- Client Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to payments.
- Record Keeping: Safeguard all bills and records, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
- Inventory Management: Update the database of consumable items, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Creative Development: Design and create various items, including NAKHLAH's medals and shields.
- Document Preparation: Coordinate PSRs and GRNs, prepare documents, and submit them for processing.
