Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Executive to lead process improvement initiatives and drive excellence within our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can promote the value of quality management and information security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on ISMS and QMS matters, including routine security activities and emerging risks through continuous improvement.
  2. Designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27000 & ISO 9001 series standards, ensuring certification against ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO 9001.
  3. Providing internal consultancy advice and practical assistance on information security risk and control matters throughout the organization.
  4. Preparing and authorizing necessary information security policies, quality management processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines in conjunction with QMS and ISMS Committee.
  5. Monitoring compliance and conducting improvement activities to ensure compliance with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Implementing information security awareness, training, and educational activities, as well as internal and external audit working & non-conformance reporting and follow-up activities with respect to international standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
  7. Performing ad-hoc tasks with respect to compliance and audit within the company, responsible to comply with the standards within the company for e.g. ISMS, HIPAA etc.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or information security role.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and reducing risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
