Job Overview: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for directors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform various administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Operate the telephone switchboard and answer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Taking messages and communicating them to relevant staff members.
  4. Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  5. Maintain inventory records and update the list regularly.
  6. Accept and distribute mail and packages to their designated departments.
  7. Provide administrative support to the director, including reminders about important tasks, deadlines, and meetings.
  8. Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  9. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
